While checking my flights on the Business Portal Bookings site noticed that there was a system error when I tried to view a couple of bookings.
Called Virgin Australia who advised that the booking was not ticketed although I did not get any errors.
Was then told there were no flights from Melbourne to Brisbane on the date.
After that the story changed that there was no flights in D class.
On hold now, hopefully it will be fixed, have spent at least 2 hours with Virgin Australia on calls to sort it out.
Luckily, I checked and did not get to the airport to find out that the Virgin Australia booking system has defects
