Missing QFF points and status credits from oneworld partner travel

I recently flew from London to Corsica return on BA. I received the FFP and Status Credits for the first flight a few days later but after nearly three weeks haven't received them for the second flight. Which airline do I have to contact to claim the missing points - Qantas or BA? What is the process for doing so? Thanks in advance.

call QFF and they can manually do it. Just have eticket and old boarding pass they will ask you to email to them. I made them hold on the phone while I did.
