Dallas to Miami AA2206 as ticketed, however Qantas website lists this flight as QF4411 refer attached
This booking was changed due to flight changes made by Qantas cancelling initial flight. after 5 hrs on the phone confirming these flights I did not bother to pursue this question as I was reluctant to lose these new flights however am keen to understand my chances in getting the flight reticketed to the Qantas flight number so I can use the lounge in Dallas
Why do you need it to be a Qantas flight number to use the lounge at DFW? Assuming you are a Qantas FF with Gold or Platinum status, you can use the lounge regardless of whether it is an AA or QF flight number

I am Silver status only
I doubt there would be any access at AA lounges regardless of your flight nummber. AA would admit gold and above, regardless of whose metal or what ticket you are on.

Not sure you have access to any lounges with a silver FF card.
