Hi brains trust. I have a question re Qantas green tier. I achieved green tier when Qantas first rolled this out and was able to select a reward. I've since re-achieved green tier in my new membership year but haven't been able to select a reward. It says in the conditions that members will be able to select a reward 21 days after achieving the green tier. It's been a couple of months and the option to select a reward still hasn't appeared. I called Qantas and they said they would need to manually update my account so the reward choice would appear. A couple of weeks later there was still no change so I called back and was told the reward would only appear 21 days into the next membership year (which effectively means I won't be able to select a reward in this membership year). This doesn't sound right. Has anyone else had an experience with this?
