I am travelling on EK in a a few days, and i am going to use my EK Frequent flyer number to gain points, However since i am a platinum member of QF can i still go to the first lounge in Dubai, by only showing my card. (the boarding pass will show the EK frequent flyer number)

You will be able to do so, I was in the same situation recently and had no issues gaining entry on the QF plat card. Enjoy your stay, the EK F lounge is fantastic!
