Hi, I'm looking to achieve QF Platinum for the first time and to get me over the line I've completed 3 of the 5 Green Tier leaves. However it looks like I'll get there without needing the 50 SC's from this. My question is, if I go ahead and complete this close to my membership year end, can I claim the 50 SC's just into my new membership year, then complete it again next year and effectively get 2 x 50 SC's credited in the same membership year?

I too am curious about this. I did 'complete' my 5 green tier categories prior to the end of my status year, and then allocated the SC's in my next year to give me a 50 head start, so no issue there.

My understanding is that the green tier T's and C's are written in a such as a way as to suggest only one reward is available per status year, but it is vague on the timing of the selection of the award. You get 90 days to choose. So it may be possible to earn green tier over two status years and choose the 100 sc's within a single year but I am yet to test this theory - suggest your read the exact terms to see if you are reading it the same way.

You can claim a maximum of 50 SC from green tier in your membership year. You have 3 months to select your reward, so if you are going to hit platinum this year, I would use in your next membership year to retain platinum.
