Hi All, I am flying from San Diego to JKF in January and was wanting to know which is the best airline to fly internally.? Also what is the best website to look and compare fares. Thanks Guys :-)

1          All US Airlines are below par

2          It dipends on your loyalty to whatever programme you are with...Star Alliance - United, One World - American, and Sky Team - Delta

3          In terms of onboard service and comfort if would go with Virgin America. Their A320/A319's are brilliant - as is their Loft Lounge (well for the USA anyway)

You will also need to connect through LAX or SFO if you fly on Virgin.

I'd use who ever gives you lounge access. I recommend Kayak to search flights. 

Jetblue has a direct service - I would recommend this over any other service in the US (except a direct flight on Virgin America, which is good). As said above, all airlines in the States are terrible and if you can find direct services rather than connecting via airline hubs, which hugely increases the chances of delays or canceled flights, then do it.

Jet Blue is definitely at the top of the list for me. They also have one checked bag free, which is more than most full service airlines.

Going directly through their site has the cheapest flights and most information. They also fly newish A320s - again, better than United or American.
