Just wondering - does anyone out there who uses HRG to book their corporate travel have problems with Virgin Australia flight bookings - particularly if there is a Velocity number assigned to the booking ?
It just seems that whenever we book Virgin flights through HRG something happens to the booking such that it cannot be viewed from the Virgin Australia web site or mobile app (ie. no online checkin, seat selection, etc). No problems with Qantas bookings though.
Have spoken at length to both companies but no joy in getting the problem fixed.

With all Virgin bookings you can't do seat selection apart from at the initial booking state. Their My Bookings section often requires you to relogin and then still shows limited information.
OLCI however should work.

We use voyager to book work travel. Similar problem means once booked I then have to pick up the phone and call VA to assign a seat. Its ok but could be easier I guess..
