No, nor would you get them for Points+Pay flights.

I understand that the only way you can earn points on flights that you have paid for with points, is to use an any seat award on qantas or book with points plus pay on qantas and u still earn points off it.
So, i know it is possible with Qantas but it seems that it is not with Virgin for some reason. I stand to be corrected.
