They will get subbed with A320s domestically or A330s interenationally I suspect.
Jetstar is running them domestically for the first month, much like BA has run its new A380s and 787s on short flights to Europe, both for staff training but also to sort out any gremlins.

Problems with JST 787?
What will happen if there were technical problems within Australia?
Similar repercussions to what Norwegian is experiencing and having their dream stranded in Bangkok.
