I had booked HK to Sydney in Feb 15 just so I could come back on A380 not a 747. But I rang up Qantas two days ago to see that it was still an A380. But the attendant advised me that the booking was now a 747 because Qantas are taking A380s off shorter routes and putting them on long haul flights. So they must be using A380s on these US flights.
