Being the bright spark I am, I didn't check my mailbox very much last week, and so completely missed the parcel card for what I think is my new QFF membership pack.
The Australia Post card says it was to be returned to sender on 11 Nov, and that's obviously passed. Online tracking indicates it's been "delivered", which I take to mean it's been sent back to QFF.
Assuming it is actually my membership pack (and not another first aid kit from my health fund or something), how would I go about getting it back? Should I ring up Australia Post first or should I ring up QFF first?

Ta muchly, sir. I was leaning to that myself, since it would have passed out of AusPost's hands and thus been more sensible to ring QFF first.
