Dusseldorf Transfer. I cant seem to find the info I want on websites so perhaps a well travelled member can help.
I am transferring in Dusseldorf a.p from International to International on A.Berlin. As its a long to short/med haul flt is it within the same terminal and what lounge facilities are available to me?
I'm 1world Emerald [qf P] flying from MIA in J, connect to Tel aviv in Y [there is no J on this plane]. flt 1 is BA7001 and flt 2 is 8804.
I haven't visited this lounge personally, so I don't know how long ago it opened or was refurbished.
However, perhaps you're thinking of airberlin's relatively new concept mini lounges that they call Exclusive Waiting Areas? Unfortunately though, there are no Exclusive Waiting Areas in the non-Schengen area.

Dave, I assume you mean AB7001 and AB8804?
airberlin operates a lounge in the non-Schengen (International) area of Dusseldorf airport, which you can access with your QF Platinum card.
