BA's 747 Premium Economy looks similar to Cathay pacific's old regional business class?

Does anyone think BA's 747 Premium Economy looks similar to the old green-blue version of Cathay's regional business class? I just noticed.

I see differences. 

Erm, there seem to be 5-10 differences between the 2 seats, especially in seat width, seat back TV's, table size, armrest shape, seat controls...

But in terms of overall seat shape, material, etc...do any of you see similarities?
