They are very picky with who gets in. You need to have very good natural mathematic ability. You also are put through many "stress test" situations. Getting in is the problem. The ratio of people with their CPL to going jobs is very low, so you could be waiting years until you get a job in the middle of no where, that pays nothing and is basically hard labour. Getting into an airline at the bottom would be the ideal, but with usually 1000-1500 applications per 8-10 positions, chances are low unless you're something really special.
