You may be able to burn your Kris flyer points on Virgin Australia Domestic flights. I asked the same sort of Question a little while ago about Etihad points here. I think the same principle applies with Singapore air but you may be better off contacting the airline to clarify the possibilities of a transfer.

Why transfer krisflyer to velocity? Velocity is limited benefits. Not adviseable.

The reason I want to transfer is I have a tiny amount of Kris flyer points from a Silk Air flight last year and just want to see if I can put them to better use

Loyalty programs reward loyalty, hence there are no options for disloyalty (ie transferring points to another airline's program).
