Is Live2air entertainment still available on Virgin Australia Aircraft?
I have noticed that the Live2air programming in the Virgin Australia magazine has disappeared and is also not on their website under entertainment anymore. Has the system been disconnected as the satellite bubble is still present on many aircraft?

An ever increasing proportion of the VAA fleet that was originally fitted with Live2Air have now come off of lease and have exited the VAA fleet. There are still a few left (VH-VON, VH-VUM and VH-VUN spring to mind) and these aircraft are often deliberately cycled on trans contintental routes like BNE-PER-BNE where that route is not being operated by an A330. The advent of the inflight WiFi functionality has largely made Live2Air redundant. Hope this helps.

So what IFE is VA offering, and is it on all flights?

Was available on my flight from Proserpine to brisbane last week, but unable to access on my long flight brisbane to perth. Unsure if for every sector you have to re activate.crew had no idea either.was quite happy with the small selection

Live2Air is no longer available on any VA flight. PA's should be made at the start of any flight with Live2Air screens still visible to passengers telling them that the service is no longer offered. Engineers are currently working on covering all the screens and this should be completed by the end of March.
VA is now introducing it's WIFI IFE offered on the 737 to the E190 over the coming months :)

What is the plan for this - will VA be handing out iPads to pax or is it streamed to your personal device (requiring pax to download an app of some sort?).
What IFE is currently on their Coast-to-Coast service? The A330s have seatback screens, yes?
