Does anybody have a firm opening date for the Etihad lounge at sydney international? I'm travelling to Frankfurt end of April and am hoping its open so I don't have to use the Air NZ lounge!

It's meant to be first quarter of this year. I'd wager by the end of April. I really hope it is as I'd like to enjoy the new lounge in late June before my flight to London.

I don't think even Etihad has a date yet. It's been "under planning/construction" for a long time now...

I did notice there was a couple of jobs advertised advertised for the lounge late 2013 during a google search
