You should have reciprocal access at both with the other's access privileges, but while I cannot rate the EK lounge or the QF F lounge, I can vouch for the QF J lounge being very ordinary.

I would enter booth and see which is the less crowded.Note the QF lounge is of the old style and is in bad need of an upgrade.Note i would probably avoid the QF lounge if you are departing prior to 8am as its small and you will have multiple pax in the lounge for QF 8,51,15 all 747,s not to menchion other QF codshares and other airlines pax with reciprocal access.

Pretty much. The QF lounges are heaving in the morning peak - quite shocking. I'd rather be in the domestic QP.

While Business/Gold/Platinum passengers flying Qantas (not on an EK-coded Qantas flight) do have access to the Emirates lounge on paper, this is not what happens in reality with said passengers being pointed towards the Qantas lounge.
Only if you're flying on Emirates metal or an Emirates codeshare (QF metal) will they let you in the Emirates lounge.
Just to be clear, I'm talking about the specific situation in Brisbane.

I think the Business Lounge is better than the First Lounge at BNE.
Has tarmac and terminal views. First Lounge feels like a utilities cupboard.
