Hi - I have read the "best seats in business class on Emirates" story by John Walton on 28/6/2011. In that article he refers to the innermost centre seats (E & F) and the near window seats (A & K) as having 9 inches more bed length than the outer centre (D & G) and outer window (B & J) seats. I have read conflicting reports suggesting it is the other way around and am about to fly business class to Europe shortly on Emirates and have requested E and F seats as I am traveling with my wife.

Can anyone with first hand experience of this update me on which is correct as I would like to know now as I am quite tall and may be able to change my seat assignment. Your help is much appreciated!!

Thanks, Paul

The aisle seats have less length and pitch due to the inter-seat gap needed to allow the 'inside' passenger through.

My partner is 6'7" and he slept fine on the middle seats (E&F) that we had on the A380.
