Yes. You will need an "express path" card, which should be handed to you on the flight. If you don't get one, ask your flight attendant.

If you have an APEC Business Travel card, arrivals are quick too, regardless of whether you fly Business or not. http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/business/apec/

Just tested in June and October 2017 at Brisbane International airport, I ask a few of the immigration officers, at the lane, the immigration desk and eAssistance service center. There is no extra lane for APEC card holders.
Only Express for business and crew lanes are available.

I was told by a Qantas CSM last week that the express/business class/1st class/APEC card holder Lane is non-existent after about 1 PM daily, I’m guessing that is to do with the volume of passengers compared to the morning arrivals, however this is really not what we signed up for. Mark Flintoff
