ZK-OKC 772 has recently returned from China with the new ANZ Corporate livery (white fuselage, black tail). Does anyone know if the aircraft was also refurbished (inline with ANZ 773) as previously planned? What a stunner of an aircraft might I add.

Good shot of the 772 calling into Perth.

Broderick, thanks for letting us all know (I have been dying to see the livery on a wide body).
I goodled it and it sure looks stunning.
I did read somewhere that the refurbishment will not begin until Q3 this year.
On 25 April I am flying RAR-AKL on an NZ 777-200 so if it features the updated J (and Y and Y+) I will post it on the Q&A part.

The first of the 777-200's begun it's refurbishment 2 weeks ago and is expected to take 2 months. As the following aircraft have their refurbishment done, this timeframe is expected to become quicker. By the end of the year, it is expected that approx 4 will be completed.
Just to clarify, the economy, skycouch, and business class will be exactly in line with the 773, but there will be a slighly different Y+ as the spaceseat is too heavy for the 772 (and 789 for that matter).

Wow, thanks for the info Aviation, you sure know your stuff. Will the 772 have 10 across (economy) as previously reported or will it reamin at 9?

It'll be 10 across in a 3-4-3. The current 772's have very wide aisles which will be reduced to be in line with the 773 width.
