None that I know of. Reciprocals usually go on FF status, not club memberships.

Have you looked at the Qantas Club website? You will find all information there that will answer your question re: Lounge Access.

Qantas Club access is a little confusing...
You have access to all Domestic Qantas Clubs (just not the Business Class lounges), and all Qantas International Business Class Lounges (including those overseas).
You can then also access all AA Admirals Clubs, and the listed 'Associated Lounges', which are generally Oneworld Lounges (there is a list of these on the website, and would have been included in your welcome pack).
Essentially, a QF Club Member will have lounge access at pretty much all QF ports, but you do need to take the time to look them up, because they won't always be obvious.

Can you please explain what it is from your research on the Qantas Website re: Qantas Club and Qantas Frequent Flyer sections of the Qantas Website that you are finding confusing? Have you checked out the forums on Australian Frequent Flyer, which go into a lot more detail on these issues?
