Yes you can. I believe the MH First Class Lounge has recently been renovated.

....but there are two locations.  The best lounge is in the Satellite Terminal and - as an Emerald - you'll have access to the First Lounge and the old Platinum Suite.  Full al la carte service and much much quiet than the Business Lounge.  You need to "go right" after you've verified your credentials at the desk.

If you're in the main terminal there's one Golden Lounge - it's nice enough and has a Spa service but it does get busy.

My tip - Satellite, First Lounge (go right) - they should inform you of your onward connection but remind them anyway.

MH flights to London are flagship services for MH - The Malaysian elites absolutely LOVE London. 99.99% chance that the gates for the LHR flight leaves from the Satelite terminal.

I have my doubts about the Platinum Suite. I was refused entry as I was not an Enrich Platinum member (despite being OWE). But the First Lounge (technically the First Lounge section since the Lounge,known as the Golden Lounge, is a combined lounge *semantics*) is acceptable. Food is a bit average though.

Tips from previous posts: Opt for the book-the-cook option before departure, otherwise you'll end up with mediocre 90s cuisine. The lounge F&B options are equally retro.

You will be in the satellite terminal if you are flying to London as only Regional and domestic services leave from the main terminal... so you should be fine in the main lounge with the First Class section offering.
