I'm travelling through to Helsinki next month, flying Qantas to Singapore, and then Finnair to Helsinki. I specifically booked my Finnair flight as QF3875 as opposed to the Finnair code.

The Invitation clearly states that it admits entry to a Qantas International Business lounge when your 'onward flight that day is a Qantas or Jetstar flight number.'

Is there any reason Qantas wouldn't allow me entry to the lounge?

If you're asking about whether or not the lounge pass will be valid at the Qantas Singapore Lounge, the answer is yes. Make sure you have the actual pass on you, though.

No worries! It's a great lounge - I hope you enjoy your time there, as I did so immensely.

Bear in mind that if you're connecting onto the SIN to HEL flight, you will be in the lounge during a peak period. While I never found the lounge overcrowded, despite waiting for QF 6 (the last of the Australian flights, at 2220 that night), you might want to snag your shower as soon as you arrive, particularly if you're connecting off QF 5 (but all the other Australian arrivals are mid-evening, so you should have plenty of time).

I'll be arriving off QF51 at 4.10pm, and heading into the city for a quick meeting. Hopefully if I make it back to the airport around 9, it won't be as busy. 

Six and a half hours in a lounge is never a fun thing, even if the lounge is above normal standards.

I was there for about seven hours, and I was very happy. (Admittedly, I was on a leisure trip and connecting off an AirAsia flight that morning.)

You should be alright on the connections, but do note that the lounge closes at 2300.

That'd be a welcome relief off AirAsia.
