Is anyone else having problems dealing with Virgin Atlantic ,now they have pulled out of Australia.

Is anyone else having problems dealing with Virgin Atlantic ,now they have pulled out of Australia.i was told the Sydney office would remain for a minimum of 6 months .the Australian website is redirected to UK site and drops out saying two many links,I have sent emails to customer service to know avail .as I have lots of miles with them ,I want to use them ASAP .
