Advice please, Qantas Silver vs Etihad Silver? It's happened. I just missed out re-qualifying for QF Gold and have dropped down to Silver.
The people who we have booked our corporate travel through have said that EY will offer a status match if we were keen on giving them a shot. Is anyone a EY FF. I would be using VA a little more then EY, but also have a personal trip to Europe in November... Maybe it would be worth while. It looks like a great airline and FF program.
With QF Silver you get only one Lounge Pass to use at any Domestic Qantas Club or International Business Lounge, At Checkin you can use the International Premium Economy Counters and Domestically you can use the QCard Checkin readers, You also get the Wireless Pointless Bag Tags, An increased baggage allowance of 9kg when flying economy, Free Seat Selection in Economy International and most of these benfits are recgonised when flying with Oneworld partners
With EY Silver you get lounge access at Etihad operated Lounges only when flying Etihad, An extra 10kg allowance on international EY Services. One free 23kg Bag on VA Domestic and Short Haul. When flying Air Berlin in Europe you also get access to their wating areas with drinks and Increased Baggage Allowance. Plus 10kg Extra Bags on Jetairways, SriLankan and Air Serbia
