No BNE is the worst by a long way.

While mornings are still a train-wreck, from anecdotal & personal experience OTDs at BNE are progressively getting better.

MEL lounges can be near bursting at around 4 PM...

It is the most convenient airport in australia to transfer from Domestic to International Terminals.

It also has a Nando's. You can't argue with that.
I'd go for Cafe Vue over Nando's any day (other than those where I'm limited to the domestic terminals)...
Eh. I was once resigned to the Oporto at MEL T1. Cheapest feed in the terminal it was (RappSnacker meal, small, for $4.95 - same price as a coffee at most other outlets).

There is a bit difference between an airport being busy and being congested. MEL is just busy, as you would expect for an airport of its size.
