The admirals Club pages states:
"Your Membership Privlages Include: Access to nearly 40 Admirals Club locations worldwide and over 30 international lounges operated by oneworld® partner Qantas (must be traveling on Qantas operated flight for access to Qantas lounges)."
From this it looks like you may not get access when travelling on a JQ flight as it says you must be travelling on a Qantas Operated flight.. to me this implies travelling on QF metal.
Hope this helps.

As I understand it, the AA pass doesn't work on Jetstar.
The only memberships that work on Jetstar are the Qantas ones, i.e. Qantas Club, QFF Gold, QFF Platinum, QFF Platinum One (and probably Chairman's Lounge, but I'm not too sure about that).

With CL the holder AND travelling party can access QF lounges any time they wish, even if they're not flying with QF.
