hold Aegean gold card[thanks to abt].has any one booked award flights via e mail.i have tried but not getting any response to my e. can you help me please.

Congrats on getting your aegean gold card, What award are you looking at obtaining star alliance, upgrade or an aegean airlines flight?

I use my Aegean card to get priority check in, boarding and lounge access but credit my points to my Aeroplan (Air Canada). Works a Treat.

I only figured it out after i credited 40,000 Points to my Aegean which is fairly useless unless i go to Greece.

It is painful trying to book a reward flight as you fill out the form and then they get back to you in a couple of days.

Good God! I didn't realise they were that backwards!

Do you put your Aeroplan number on the boarding pass and use the A3 gold card to get into the lounges?

yep, everything is credited to my aeroplan and just produce my aegean gold card to get in to the lounge and priority boarding and check in.  

At the lounge they just type the number in as the boarding pass doesnt work. And most agents at the gate dont even know what the card is but when you show them it they let you in priority line.
