Fellow travellers, I've just found our Qatar Airways won't allow my wife to join me in the Lounge at T4 Heathrow as she's only on an economy. I'm in J on QR8 today. Dr G Marshall. It sucks & I won't be flying Qatar again. So mind how you go.

SunniiGym,
Even if you are OWE or OWS you will not be able to access the QR lounge at LHR T4.
Access to the QR LHR T4 lounge is available only to QR First and Business Class pax.
521303, QR has chosen to ignore the spirit of the OW lounge access policy, citing the BA Concord Room as justification. In line with the OW Lounge Access rules, only First class pax are allowed to invite a guest:
oneworld lounge access for First Class or Business Class customers
Indulge yourself before departure in a wider range of airport lounges when you fly First Class or Business Class with anyoneworld member airline.
I'd avoid QR if this irks you from a principle perspective.

I don't think that was your point - Oneworld status irrelevant in relation to the QR LHR lounge.

Can't speak for other airlines, but Qantas would:
International Business
Next onward flight that day must be a Qantas flight.
One guest allowed and must be travelling with the member on the same flight.

I think QR is taking the proverbial if it is citing BA's Concorde Room situation at LHR. Why? Because yes, the Concorde Room is only for those travelling in F (as well as one guest). However the crucial part is, BA ALSO provide a First Class lounge which gives access based on frequent flyer status and in line with the OneWorld agreement. And of course a J lounge as well. I understand that QR send OneWorld elites travelling in Y to the Skyteam lounge at T4 LHR which is fair enough. But surly the OP as a J class passenger, whether a OW elite or not, should have been able to take a guest into the lounge travelling on the same flight.
