The usual caveats to these sorts of services apply - you might get a cheap ticket, but it will be very inflexible, earn no points, and depending on how purchased, at potential risk of cancellation by the airlines (as the bulk of airlines have policies that prevent points trading)
Unlike some other sites they do list a "Seller of Travel Certificate" whihc appears to be some form of US travel agency registration.
