Hi there, I am flying business class with SQ this week and interested in which is a better lounge, the Silverkris or the NZ lounge? I read somewhere the NZ lounge is slightly bigger on offer? Any feedback, cheers.
Hi Wozcor1, NZ Koru Lounge is bigger and has some limited views of tarmac movements from ground level (Mainly of Gate #9). I would rate the SQ lounge better for the fact that it received a cosmetic facelift last year and would say the F&B is of a higher standard. This could just be a personal preference, however I do find the SQ lounge a lot darker, but this theme is not unique to the Melbourne lounge. Why not try both? I find the lounge team in both are quite accomodating although SQ tend to be a bit more precious about who they let in.
