Has anybody ever had any issues with bringing along an extra passenger for a ride in an Etihad provided chauffeur transfer? I will have a friend travelling in Y on the same flight out of SYD as me in October and would like to offer him a lift but don't want to have to rescind the offer at a later date! If it's an issue then we will probably just share a cab instead.
I've done it once before with Emirates with no problems (I don't even think the chauffeur realised that we were technically travelling separately), but just wondered if anybody had any insights?
I can't see why this would be an issue other than luggage restrictions. If you each have more than one bag it might be difficult getting everything in the boot.
