I am wondering how much status point do I get for one way first class? (QF Gold Status)

I tried to look it up using Qantas status point calculator but it doesn't have the choice of first class if QF flight was chosen.

Also I want to book the ticket with different class for each sector. So if I want to fly business class to Auckland and coming back on the first class, would it be possible? Apparently on the QF website I am not allowed to book the ticket this way.

Correct on 120 SC no matter which status, points will differ due to bonuses.

It might be possible to do different classes both ways but I suspect it will be VERY expensive. There is unlikely to be a mixed class return fare, so you would effectively stuck with the price of two singles added together.

It is the same price for 2 one way tickets as 1 return ticket, so just buy first class SYD-AKL and then on a seperate ticket buy AKL-SYD in another class

Make sure you are on the QF Au website, and not the EK website, even if the prices are cheaper, ignore code share, IF YOU ARE interested in collecting QFFF points and QF SC, you need to book it on the QF Au website.

Even if the points dont come up, in the calculating points earnt and SC earnt, so long as you have a QF flight number, you will earn the QFFF points and the QF SC.

If you want to earn QF SC that is.

I don't know why you keep saying codeshare, if you are a QFF member, and interested in collecting QF SC, code share should not at all be in your current vocab, not trying to be rude.

If by any chance, you made a booking on the EK website, you will not be earning any QF SC, so whats the point in making a code share booking.

You just need to book it all on the QF Au website.  Book, in the process ensure you have your QFFF number in the QF website booking, pay on time, and fly, thats it.

20Sep14 and 27Sep14 seems to not bring up any F class seats availability on the QF for SYD to AKL flights, QF Au website, but it does say some functions are down and should be back soon.

I have seen F seats on the QF Au website.
