Has anyone ever heard of the Mileage Club and if so is it a legitimate safe business to buy miles from?

At least they're honest about the disclaimer:
Buying and selling of Airline miles is against Airline policy, but not against the law, except in the sate of Utah.
So potential forfeiture of all miles purchased and/or reward tickets.

Thanks Edy - my concern would be having a reward ticket cancelled and losing all those points. Definitely a risk, but maybe one I wil need to weigh up for Korean Air.

Hi Simon,
As with similar sites, you must approach with caution. With that said, the Mileage Club has a great track record. The miles are posted within minutes of submitting payment. Great customer service. They are completely upfront about how unethical the scheme is. Yet, when you can save thousands of dollars on first class flights, its something to weigh and consider especially if mileage credit isn't a priority for you on the flights in question. There is always the chance that your account can get audited and bookings cancelled thereafter. However, I don't see the likelihood of this happening if your mileage transfers are on a reasonable scale for personal use. I would be cautious if I were transferring 1 million+ miles in short amounts of time though. Also worth noting are the mileage transfer times. A good rule of thumb is that miles transfer instantly for the Western airlines but take a few days for the Asian airlines. Here is one experience from a colleague of mine. He used the mileage club by purchasing 90K ANA miles. The miles were transferred in 48 hours and then he booked a partner award return ticket on Etihad in business class from Abu Dhabi to New York. The savings were incredible. I hope this helps!
