If you sign up for Wolworths Everyday Rewards card (free) you can join thE QFF program through it for no charge, and also earn QFF points on store purchases from Woolies and other partners. It is not a limited time promo; available on an ongoing basis. I guess you may already have a card you can use to sign up.

Alternately use an overseas address to register, then go into your profile and change the address back to your Australian address.
May I suggest 1060 West Addison in Chicago just like Elwood Blues
