Has anyone else had their eligible Qantas sectors reset to zero a month or two ahead of their status reset date? QFF seem to have decided I have not flown on the required eligible flights, in fact they say I have flown a grand total of none. I am currently on well over 2500 status credits with four flights per month on Qantas flights, sometimes six including Qantas flight numbers, I.e Emirates metal QF flight number and all are listed on my activity status as such. I will not reach Platinum One but my eligible status credits on QF flights is close to 1,000 so easily enough sectors. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this?

Have you taken this up with Qantas? Sounds like some sort of glitch.

Sounds like a glitch. Ring up the call centre and get them to sort it out.

Thanks Watson and Miss Bassett. I also suspect a glitch and will call them, I have tried on the platinum number but cannot get hold of them over the last few days.
however, a colleague of mine two years ago or so booked a lot of flights using points, business class, between booking the flights and the scheduled departure, his anniversary came up and his status was dropped in a similar manner to mine preventing his use of the lounges and miraculously after the trips on points, QFF discovered their error and reinstated his correct status which was gold. My status is platinum, I have also also booked flights using points. Was wondering if there were any other website readers who have faced this?

It is a glitch, I noticed a while ago soon into my new ff flight year when the status credits had come through but no eligible sectors showing. I phoned via the Paltinum number and was informed that it is a glitch. They recorded a note on my account anyway just to be certain. Still not showing any sectors a month later despite more recent flights.

Does the Paltinum number get you through quicker?

I always get through quite quickly on the few times I've used it.

It's a known glitch.
