Where can the complimentary Qantas Club invitation be used?

Can the complimentary Qantas Club invitation for silver members only be used in an actual Qantas Club?

Or can it be used in an Emirates lounge etc if you fly on a QF flight number (but not a QF plane)?

Must be used in a QF operated lounge only, not an associate or third party lounge.

It can only be used at a Qantas-operated lounge ranked as either a Domestic Qantas Club or International Business Lounge, in conjunction with a flight on a QF (or JQ) number.

It cannot be used to access any Emirates lounge. To do so, you must either be flying in a premium cabin or have Gold status or higher.

As above, but also can't use it at LAX.

So it can be used on a QF flight number without being on a Qantas plane?
