VA business class trans-Tasman. On the selection page it shows as Business, according to the pop-up info fully refundable. On the booking page the fare rules say it is Business Saver, non-refundable. Anyone know what's going on?
I'm no consumer law expert but I suspect if you bought a fare and the purchase was influenced by the "refundable pop-up" then you could argue later that your fare should be fully refundable. I would screen shot the page so you could confirm to an independant source (ie. the ACCC) that you acted in accordance with the available info.
No VA lounge of their own, international wise over to NZ, so, what does this mean?
The AusBT article did not mention, so I would guess that VA will pay NZ for the J/C/D guests on these services to use the Koru Club, eh?
In my POV, VA still has a long way to go, great start, I will definitely use the service, earning more VR FF points as a VR PS, than flying as a VR PS on NZ flights.

Very informative. If you don't have something of value to contribute we don't need your comment.

I agree. Why are so many people on these forums so quick to post comments that come across as snappy and/or rude?

He's saying the correct answer, if you don't think it's correct, go and ask somewhere else, where poeple can agree with you.

djcz: It's not "the correct answer", it's a suggestion for a tedious and potentially expensive way to get (possibly) the right answer.
It's 2014. We don't need travel agents any more, we have the internet.
