Does anyone know which OneWorld business class lounge(s) is the best at Tokyo Narita airport? And as a Qantas Gold flying Japan airlines, can I access to any of the OneWorld business class lounge?

The Qantas Club is fine, but can be a bit crowded when the QF and JQ flights depart in the evening close together. I would try the JL Sakura lounge in the main part of Terminal 2 but allow for additional time to get to the gate if your JL flight deaprts form the satellite terminal at T2.

Sakura Lounge in main building is quite good. Spacious, multi level, good showers, OK food. Automated beer dispenser is amusing. It is directly ahead after you pass through immigration and security.
Sakura Lounge in satellite building is terrible. Small, overcrowded and lacking in facilities.
Qantas Club is ordinary, no match for Sakura in main terminal.

Best food is the Sakura Lounge in Main Terminal, at its upstairs dining area.
