I have recently attained PLATINUM STATUS with Delta Airlines. I am also a Velocity and QFF but only on Silver and Bronze respectively. Does any know how I how could get my PLATINUM status matched with VA & QF?

VA - If you're a corporate and VA is trying to get your business, they may offer you "Pilot Gold", otherwise no. Others may know about QF.

Qantas don't normally do status match

If VA say no and you rack up enough to maintain your Delta Status, just start crediting all those DL flights to VA, maybe book a few as code shares and you will quickly climb the Velocity ladder as well.

Gone are the days when airlines give out blanket status matches, if you can prove to QF or VA that you have substantial bookings for the next few months you may get it but without this evidence a platinum card alone wont get you status matched without a one off promotion or such
