Can anyone recommend a chauffeur company from LHR to the city.

I have my parents land into T5 and want to get them a chauffeur transport to a hotel at West Minister. They are a bit old to tackle the train. Any recommendations would be grateful, more focussed on service eg collecting them at arrivals etc than necessarily price.

Hi LTF, We normally use British Airport Transfers. Cost is approximately 40 pounds in to London.

It's not bad value when Heathrow Express is over 20 pounds per person.

Also recommend AddisonLee who have a range of cars (started more as a minicab service) but also have an Uber-like app.

If you are wanting upscale service orientated limo service TBR Global (used to be known as the booking room).  They will not be the cheapest , but their airport charges in London are not dissimilar to a black cab, but very luxurious car and high service level.
