In May I have a 4 hour lay over in HKG, travelling in J with CX. First time flying with CX and was wondering if anyone could give me an insight into which lounge they recommend at HKG? There is so many I don't know which one to spend our time in. Also, do any have spa's? Thanks in advance for your answers!

You can go to the The Wing Business Class Lounge at HKG and it does have 24hr showers. Hope it helps!

P.S. I have never been to the lounge, I got the info off the website so I can't say much about the experience itself but since it's with CX and at their main hub it should be an awesome experience. Cheers!

I've always enjoyed the Wing Lounge (I haven't been in HKG since the opening new QF Lounge) as I've found it to be the quieter CX lounge at the times I have been in the airport. However each of the CX Lounges has different decors and appeals, with 4 hours you have some lounge hopping time. Depending on your transit time don't forget the QF Lounge, enjoy :-)

Wing to eat and shower. Bridge to relax if flight is from far end of the terminal. Avoid the Cabin, it is always over crowded.

rj,
As recommended by others, The Wing is a good choice. Although I do find the Bridge quite cosy. I also like the man cave feel of the Pier. If I were you, I would do the rounds. Just ensure that you get some noodles from the Wing or Pier and a barrista coffee from the Wing or Bridge. Enjoy HKG, it truly is an efficient and delightful airport.

The Bridge is fantastic- its a great closed ceiling lounge with a pizza bar, coffee bar, beverage bar, relaxing nooks to read away the hours and a number of fantastic shower suites! The Bridge is also CX's newest J lounge!
