As they are a OW member yes. For intsance when in HKG we often lounge hop to make the most of it.

Yes you can. 3 weeks ago on a Sri Lankan Economy ticket, i accessed the BA lounge and the QF lounge with my QF platinum status. Just leave some time to walk back to terminal 3 for your flight! :)

Could you also please include a review of Colombo airport, the lounge experience and the transit experience. I think that is the biggest concern for me flying Sri Lanka.

hi the Colombo airport lounge is good with a good selection of Food, Drinks and alochol! they used to have a free massage but i did not see it recently, however there are a few places where you can get a good massage before you long flight to london, 

buisness class seat SIN-CMB-SIN is not lie flat, 

however the seat to london will be lie flat, and if your lucky you will be on the new aircraft which was purhcased a few months ago.
