From my Velocity account, I can see the option to transfer points to KrisFlyer with a note saying that if I wish to transfer point from KrisFlyer to Velocity I should log into my KrisFlyer account which I did.
However, the layout in the KrisFlyer is rather cluttered. Has anyone done a KF to Velocity transfer via the Singapore Airline website ?
What other ways can one transfer KrisFlyer miles/points to Velocity ?
