Hi guys,

I'm a VA Plat flying SYD-HNL next month on a HA ticket flight. I know that I get access to the NZ Koru Club in SYD and to the Delta Sky Priority lounge in HNL, but as for other perks, have any other VA Plats had experience with HA?

- Priority boarding?

- Priority seat selection?

- Chances of being allocated a seating in Y+ (like NZ does)?

Any comments thoughts on your experiences welcomed.

Having recently flown the same route as a VA PLAT, I can confirm you get no additional perks other than the lounge access you describe.

If you want priority boarding, seating etc, pay for "Extra Comfort" seating, it's a far better cost option than flying business class.
