Qantas have the lion's share of the Perth - East Coast market. They don't need Emirates to operate any flights on their behalf. What benefit would Emirates get out of it anyway?

Will Emirates Enter The Perth - East Coast Market?
I mean will Qantas ask them for assistance. Do they have the necessary paperwork to begin these flights and what's the chance of them doing it.

No. They won't have domestic rights as a UAE carrier.
