Royal Brunei is not a 1-stop offering to LHR. The route has a stop in Dubai.
Is there another company that flies through Brunei that I am missing?

There are a couple there which dont have "direct" onward journeys to London.....Royal Brunei does via DXB and Garuda goes via AMS from CGK.
Vietnam is SGN.
Plus Osaka and Chengdu.

Unless it has changed, I don't believe that Brunei is a one stop to London, nor is Jakarta.
There are no one stop options via South America.

Since you are in Adelaide, I would say:
Hong Kong with Cathay Pacific
Dubai with Emirates, and then get on Qantas to London
Singapore with Singapore Airlines
Kuala Lumpur with Malaysian Airlines (as a last resort)
If you are fine with two stops then I would say Qatar Airways, get on a CS flight to any where with Qatar flights (Perth, Melbourne & Sydney) or you have the option to fly Virgin/Etihad via Perth or any other city with flights to Abu Dhabi and then you can hop on EY's A380 to London, maybe get in The Residence if you got the cash.

my bad I thought the question was someone else's answer and that the OP wanted to fly to London but wanted to know the options available.

There's only 2 more that I can think of and they're somewhat creative:
Jetstar to Phuket then Thomson to Gatwick
Qantas to Istanbul (one-off ANZAC service) then Turkish to Heathrow

I know Perth is in Australia, I was talking about the part where you have to go via Perth go to Isanbul and it will be two stops not one.

OP said "departure from any international departure city". Departing from Perth going to instanbul and connecting to LHR would be one stop.

Pedantic nitpick! The one-off Anzac service to Istanbul will fly to SAW, not IST.
And I don't think you can fly from SAW to LHR, only to Gatwick (Turkish) or Stansted (Pegasus).

There's a bus from SAW to IST... still only counts as one stop, right? :P
