My personal advice would be to HOPE that you have two shadow's next to you so you can sleep across three seats! Try scoring a seat in the small Y cabin at the front (rows 10-13).
Or if you sleep easily in the upright position then how about getting an exit row seat? Though they get a lot of foot traffic due to the lavatories and the middle (row 23) row exit is a bassinet seat. Other than that you will probably have a hard time getting any sleep.
Cheers.

I frequent economy and I'm a great sleeper in general, but I can never get a good nights sleep on a plane without the assistance of a sleeping pill. Maybe speak to your GP about something to help you relax on a long plane ride?

I cannot sleep at all even in JQ business (that more like PE), so I happy to use it for day flight and avoid as plague for overnight ones. You can get strong slip pills and put yourself in induced coma, but you will arrive totally trashed with massive headache, as least this is what happens to me when I did it. So I personally would either get proper seat or flight during day.
Good Luck

I have slept on the JQ 787 in Economy but there was only 68 people on the whole flight including the full J class cabin
by the way - They did close the smaller Y section and used it as a crew rest area
